    Banana Yogurt Shake

A very brief of spell of rain on fine night just could not provide enough relief from the sweltering heat. It is so horrible, the worst affected are children and elders of course. I just could not find enough appetite to eat any of form sold foods and cooking for the day has been kept to minimal.

Liquid diet rules the roost and what more it keeps me away from spending long time in the kitchen standing next to a hot stove, Yaay.... Here is a shake that is very fills you enough to keep you going for a long time. I had modified it according to my taste.

    Banana Yogurt Shake
    Recipe Source : Tarla Dalal

    You’ll need:
    Banana, ripe
    1
    Curd / Yogurt
    1 cup
    Milk
    ½ cup
    Sugar
    5 tbsp
    Vanilla essence
    ½ tsp

      Method:
    Mash the banana roughly.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.

    Notes:
Use chilled curds and milk for this recipe.
Adjust sugar as per your requirement.

This if off to my event Fun N Sun and to Serve it Chilled hosted by Denny.
