Mango lassi recipe - to beat the heat during summer
Ingredients:
  • Mango, cubed – 1 cup
  • Yogurt or fresh curd – 1 cup
  • Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Sugar – 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom – 1
  • Pistachios – 2 tsp (for garnish)
Instructions:
  1. Chop the pistachios finely
  2. Remove the seeds from the cardamom.
  3. Add mango, cardamom seeds, sugar in a blender and blend till the mango becomes a thick paste.
  4. Add yogurt and milk and blend till smooth.
  5. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios.
  6. Mango lassi is ready.
  7. Serve immediately.
