Avocado Milkshake Recipe
A healthy and nutritious avocado milkshake for the kids and adults.
Avocado - 1
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Cut the avocado into two. Remove the seed and scoop out the flesh.
Place the scooped avocado in a blender, add sugar, milk, vanilla essence and blend till smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
I used only one half of the avocado and it served 2 glasses.
