Avocado Milkshake Recipe

  • Avocado - 1 small
  • Milk - 2 cups frozen
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp


  • Cut the avocado into two. Remove the seed and scoop out the flesh.
  • Place the scooped avocado in a blender, add sugar, milk, vanilla essence and blend till smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.


I used only one half of the avocado and it served 2 glasses.
