Kiwi Lemon Smoothie Recipe

A refreshing vegan summer cooler using kiwis and lemon.

Ingredients
  

  • Kiwi - 2
  • Pear - 1
  • Fresh Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar or honey - 3 tbsp
  • Ice cubes - 1 cup
  • Chilled water - 1/4 cup



Instructions
 

  • Peel and halve the kiwis.
  • Halve and core the pear and chop into chunks.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and run till smooth.
  • Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

If you are going to consume later, just shake well before serving.
