Kiwi Lemon Smoothie Recipe
A refreshing vegan summer cooler using kiwis and lemon.
Kiwi - 2
Pear - 1
Fresh Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Sugar or honey - 3 tbsp
Ice cubes - 1 cup
Chilled water - 1/4 cup
Peel and halve the kiwis.
Halve and core the pear and chop into chunks.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and run till smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
If you are going to consume later, just shake well before serving.
