Vegan & Gluten free morning Smoothie using mango and spinach that is incredibly refreshing.

Ingredients
  

  • Spinach - 2 cups
  • Regular milk or plant milk or coconut water - 1 cup
  • Mint leaves - 1 fistful
  • Ginger - 2 tsp grated
  • Lemon juice - from 2 small lemons
  • Mango pulp - from 1 large ripe and juicy mango
  • Frozen banana - 1
  • Ice cubes - 1 cup



Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth.
  • Serve in glasses immediately.
