Paneer Gulshan recipe with step by step pictures. This Paneer Gulshan will probably be the most easiest paneer recipe that you can hope to make as a side dish for phulkas, rotis or naans.
This recipe is from a cookbook that my SIL lent me as she got well versed with all of them in the book.
Though there were many usual and regular paneer recipes and other side dish recipes present in the book, this paneer gulshan recipe stood out among them.
It drew me to it because of its ease and simplicity. You can get an absolutely lip smacking side dish to serve within 15-20 mins.
I had made this recipe so often that I have lost count and my kids absolutely love it so much.
Our Favorite Video:
The recipe uses freshly ground ginger garlic paste which lends the unique flavor and the heat needed.
Though you can add store bought it was not the same against using the fresh paste.
One other paneer recipe that you may wish to check will be this 15 mins Paneer Butter Masala made in Pressure cooker that will not require your supervision at all.
Paneer Gulshan recipe with step by step pictures:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it sizzle. Add onion and sauté till it turns translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 more mins over low flame.
2. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and chana masala powder and sauté well.
3. The spice powders will absorb the oil and the mixture will become dry.
